针对超低浓度瓦斯利用的不足问题,设计一种燃烧室,用ANSYS中CFX软件对所设计燃烧室进行建模,数值模拟燃烧室内燃烧流场,并对燃烧特性进行详细分析。模拟结果表明:超低浓度瓦斯可以作为微型燃气轮机掺燃气体,且在燃烧室能够稳定燃烧,在保证燃机效率的情况下,燃烧效率额定工况达到90%以上。燃烧室燃气出口温度分布较均匀,满足出口温度分布均匀性能指数低于20%的要求。
Aiming at the insufficiency of gas utilization at ultra-low concentration, a combustion chamber was designed. The designed combustion chamber was modeled by CFX software in ANSYS. The combustion flow field was numerically simulated and the combustion characteristics were analyzed in detail. The simulation results show that ultra-low concentration gas can be used as fuel gas for micro-gas turbines and can be stably combusted in the combustion chamber. Under the condition of ensuring the gas turbine efficiency, the combustion efficiency can reach more than 90%. Combustion chamber gas outlet temperature distribution is more uniform, to meet the outlet temperature distribution uniformity index of less than 20% of the requirements.
