为了研究两剂重组乙型肝炎(HB)疫苗免疫方案诱导的初次和记忆应答,作者将200名18~39岁健康成人随机分成两组,分别于0、6月接种10μg(Ⅰ组)或20μg(Ⅱ组)酵母重组HB疫苗,并于初次接种后2年加强1次.于初次接种后1、2、3、6、7、24个月、2年后1周及2年后3~4周采血,用放射免疫法检测抗-HBs滴度,滴度≥10mIU/ml定为具有保护作用.结果表明,在接种第2剂疫苗前,Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组分别只有46%和67%的人抗-HBs≥10mIU/ml(P=0.006),而初次接种后3~6月,两组各有74%~78%和80%~87%的人可检出抗体,两组累积血清阳转率均较高且
