量子点是一类直径<100 nm的半导体纳米晶粒,是一种很有潜力的荧光标志物。量子点标记探针广泛应用于动物移植瘤的体内外研究,尤其是在肿瘤靶向成像、前哨淋巴结成像、血管成像、肿瘤标志物检测、肿瘤转移和治疗等方面。基于量子点技术在移植瘤动物模型中建立一种高敏感性、高特异性的肿瘤检测体系,实时动态地监测肿瘤的发生、发展及转移,为量子点探针应用于临床的诊断、治疗及预后建立一个新的平台,是今后的研究方向。
Quantum dots are a class of semiconductor nanocrystals with diameters <100 nm and are a potential fluorescent marker. Quantum dot labeling probes are widely used in vivo and in vitro studies of animal xenografts, especially in tumor targeted imaging, sentinel lymph node imaging, angiography, tumor marker detection, tumor metastasis and treatment. Based on quantum dot technology, a highly sensitive and specific tumor detection system was established in animal models of xenografts. The occurrence, development and metastasis of tumors were monitored in real time and dynamically. Quantum dot probes were used in clinical diagnosis and treatment. Prognosis to establish a new platform is the future direction of research.
