飞行学员在预校阶段须接受跳伞训练。初次跳伞时,由于个别学员受恐惧感、心理障碍、精神紧张等因素影响,导致跳伞着陆前低空操作要领掌握、运用不当,很容易发生软组织损伤和骨折。笔者总结了1988~1997年这10年间在飞行学员跳伞训练中发生的骨折21例,研究了致伤的两个主要原因,并有针对性地提出了预防措施,有利于进一步减少训练伤的发生,更好地保障了飞行学员的身体健康。笔者认为低空操作未按要领操作和侧风着陆是造成学员骨折的最主要的因素。由于学员心理素质差,低空操作程序掌握不当造成着陆不稳、身体重心偏移、胫腓骨受外力超过受力极限而发生骨折。人体在前俯、后仰倒地时自我保护意识能力强于侧倒,而侧风着陆时因易发生侧倒而易发生骨折。为尽量减少训练伤的发生,应认真扎实搞好地面训练,加强飞行学员的心理素质教育,严格把好身体关,严格掌握气象情况的变化,积极做好各项跳伞保障工作和现场救护工作,积极搞好事故的预防及补救工作。
