为了进一步提升我公司轮式挖掘机质量、保证使用安全,我们对该挖掘机转向桥进行了结构改进,本文介绍该挖掘机转向桥改进方法,以及改进后易损零件的强度计算。1.结构及原理原转向桥结构如图1所示。挖掘机转向时,压力油推动转向缸9的活塞杆移动,活塞杆推动转向拉杆臂4,转向拉杆臂4通过连接螺栓7与转臂架6,带动左侧车轮5摆动,实现左轮转向。同时转向拉杆臂4通过转向拉杆2推动右侧车轮摆动,以实现左、右车轮的同步转向。
In order to further improve the quality of our company’s wheeled excavators and to ensure the safe use of the excavators, we improved the structure of the steering bridge. This paper introduces the improvement methods of the excavator steering bridge and the calculation of the strength of the improved fragile parts. 1. Structure and principle The original steering bridge structure shown in Figure 1. When the excavator turns, the pressure oil drives the piston rod of the steering cylinder 9 to move, the piston rod pushes the steering rod arm 4, the steering rod arm 4 drives the left wheel 5 to swing through the connecting bolt 7 and the boom arm 6, and turns the left wheel. While turning the lever arm 4 through the steering rod 2 to promote the right wheel swing, in order to achieve the left and right wheels synchronous steering.
