目的:制备硬脂酸修饰的氢氧化铝颗粒剂并考察其体外释放度。方法:利用硬脂酸对氢氧化铝进行表面修饰并制备氢氧化铝颗粒,用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪对修饰后氢氧化铝进行物相表征,同时用可见分光光度计测定体外释放度。结果:修饰后氢氧化铝颗粒剂的体外释放度降低,当硬脂酸用量为10%时,修饰后的氢氧化铝颗粒能达到较好的缓释效果并接近Higuchi释药模型。结论:硬脂酸修饰后的氢氧化铝可用于制备氢氧化铝缓释颗粒剂。
Objective: To prepare stearic acid-modified aluminum hydroxide granules and investigate its in vitro release. Methods: Aluminum hydroxide was surface modified with stearic acid and aluminum hydroxide particles were prepared. The modified aluminum hydroxide was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and its in vitro release was determined by visible spectrophotometer. Results: The release of modified aluminum hydroxide granules decreased in vitro. When the amount of stearic acid was 10%, the modified aluminum hydroxide granules could achieve good sustained release effect and close to Higuchi release model. Conclusion: Stearic acid modified aluminum hydroxide can be used to prepare aluminum hydroxide sustained release granules.
