接修一台康佳T920C遥控彩电,以前的维修员认为应更换偏转线圈新品。细查为一只行偏转线圈在显像管面烧坏约2mm~2一片,线圈短路严重,十多根线已裸露出铜,深度估计有几层,已无法将短路线分开。拆修该线圈工艺要求高且量大,不小心可能将好的一只行线圈及一组场线圈弄坏,而更换新品价格又较贵。 根据维修经验,偏转线圈高压打火较重时一般面积加宽,深度不会太深。笔者先将行偏线圈两个线头各四根线分开(为双线并绕后并接),测直流电阻各为:10Ω、10Ω、8.5Ω及7.5Ω~∝来回变化。10Ω的
