我国事业单位人事档案管理制度的完善,会促进事业单位的发展。所以,提升事业单位人事档案管理水平是事业单位必须进行的制度改革。事业单位人事档案管理制度的不健全,会导致事业单位无法掌握准确的员工信息,可能会造成人员工作分配不合理等问题。本文通过对我国事业单位人事档案管理制度的现状进行分析,探讨提升事业单位人事管理水平的方法。
The perfection of personnel file management system in our country’s public institutions will promote the development of public institutions. Therefore, to enhance the management level of personnel files in public institutions is the institutional reform that institutions must make. Institutional personnel file management system is not perfect, will result in public institutions can not grasp the accurate staff information, may result in unreasonable distribution of personnel and other issues. This paper analyzes the status quo of personnel file management system in public institutions in our country, and discusses ways to improve the personnel management level in public institutions.
