对机床导轨的直线度测量,在我国既可使用光学准直仪,也可使用钢丝及显微镜等方法。但国际标准组织(ISO)规定这个项目的检查应采用钢丝及显微镜检测法。虽然用此法测量导轨在水平面内的直线度误差,比用光学准直仪测量稍差些,但比目前用水平仪测量要优越得多。由于我国的机床精度标准将向ISO靠拢,所以在此介绍一种用基准钢丝的听筒音响检测法,测量机床导轨的直线度。根据作者在法国里内公司的现场观察,他们利用听筒的灵敏音响效应来检测,具有直觉和简单的特点。其音响检测原理见图1。将钢丝2拉直后,先调整好钢丝2与导轨面1两
The straightness of the machine tool rail measurement, both in our country can use optical collimator, but also the use of wire and microscope and other methods. However, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) provides that the inspection of this item should be performed by wire and microscopy. Although this method to measure the straightness error of the guide rail in the horizontal plane is slightly worse than the optical collimator, it is much superior to the current level measuring instrument.
