目的采用表(界)面张力等温曲线比较法评价泊洛沙姆等乳化剂的乳化能力。方法用表(界)面张力测定法测定乳化剂在相同温度不同浓度下的表(界)面张力降低值,绘制表(界)面张力等温曲线,比较乳化剂乳化作用的强弱。结果国产泊洛沙姆188的表(界)面张力降低值与聚山梨酯相近,与进口泊洛沙姆188差异非常小,优于国产泊洛沙姆108。以鸦胆子油为模型药物以不同的泊洛沙姆制备乳剂,测定乳剂粒度及物理稳定性评价乳化剂的乳化能力,其结果与上述结果相同。结论乳化剂表(界)面张力等温线比较法用于评价乳化剂的乳化能力是可行的。
Objective To evaluate the emulsifying ability of poloxamers and other emulsifiers by using surface tension tensor comparison method. Methods The surface tensions of the emulsifier under different concentrations of the same temperature were measured by surface tensiometry. The isotherm curves of the surface tensions were plotted, and the emulsifying effect was compared. Results The results showed that the decrease of surface tension of domestic poloxamer 188 is similar to that of polysorbate, and the difference between poloxamer 188 and imported poloxamer 188 is very small, which is better than domestic poloxamer 108. Brucea javanica oil was used as a model drug to prepare emulsions in different poloxamers. The emulsion particle size and physical stability were measured to evaluate the emulsifying ability of the emulsifier. The results were the same as above. Conclusion It is feasible to compare the surface tension isotherms of emulsifier surface (boundary) method to evaluate the emulsifying ability of emulsifier.
