患者,女,52岁,已婚,农民,住院号82,2401。于1982年4月8日入院。七天前因过度劳累,少眠而自觉恐惧,继之出现幻视,幻听、多疑、胡言乱语。曾疑为“癔病”,给予安定剂治疗,无效。两天后频繁腹泻,量多,恶臭,每日20～30次。病后4天双手背及腕踝裸露部位出现界线清楚的红斑,经当地治疗无效转来本院。既往有胃溃疡病史20年,家族中无类似病人。
Patient, female, 52 years old, married, farmer, admissions number 82,2401. Admitted to hospital on April 8, 1982.
