以毛细管区带电泳探讨了快速、高灵敏度从汉方药中分离番泻苷A(SA)及番泻苷B(SB),以及可以检测的条件。 材料与方法:SA与SB为生药标准品(HPLC纯度>98%),供试样品为7种市售泻下药。试剂为3-(环己氨基)-1-丙磺酸(CAPS)。试验仪器为毛细管电泳系统,25℃,电压+20.0kV,注入加压法50mb,注入时间10s。UV检测波长265nm。毛细管柱为内径50μm,有效长度56cm的熔硅管。
The separation and determination of sennoside A (SA) and sennoside B (SB) from Kampo extracts by capillary zone electrophoresis were investigated in a fast and sensitive manner. MATERIALS AND METHODS: SA and SB were crude drug standards (HPLC purity> 98%) and the test samples were seven commercially available purgatives. The reagent is 3- (cyclohexylamino) -1-propanesulfonic acid (CAPS). Test equipment for the capillary electrophoresis system, 25 ℃, voltage +20.0 kV, injection pressure 50mb, injection time 10s. UV detection wavelength 265nm. The capillary column is a fused silica tube with an inner diameter of 50 μm and an effective length of 56 cm.
