本文针对湘西地区农村与城镇中小学教师现代教育技术能力,自编“中小学教师教育技术能力调查问卷”和访谈提要,采用随机调查的形式,在湘西自治州8个县市23所小学进行调查和访谈。主要从意识与态度、知识与技能、应用与创新、社会责任等四个方面进行全面的对比研究。试图从中找出影响农村与城镇教师教育技术能力的主要因素,并有针对性地提出适合湘西民族地区建设和提高中小学教师现代教育技术能力的几点建议。
This paper aims at the modern educational technology ability of primary and secondary school teachers in rural and urban areas in western Hunan, “Questionnaire on Primary and Middle School Teachers’ Educational Technology Ability” and interview summaries, and adopts the form of random survey in 23 primary schools in 8 counties and cities in western Hunan Autonomous Prefecture Surveys and interviews. Mainly from the awareness and attitude, knowledge and skills, application and innovation, social responsibility and other four aspects of a comprehensive comparative study. Try to find out the main factors that affect the educational technology ability of rural and urban teachers, and put forward some suggestions that are suitable for the construction and improvement of modern educational technology in primary and secondary school teachers in Xiangxi ethnic regions.
