通过对6根自密实混凝土梁和2根普通混凝土梁的对比试验,研究自密实混凝土简支梁的抗弯性能。结果表明:1)自密实混凝土梁的极限荷载实测值的平均值与普通混凝土梁实测值相差不多,但高于其理论计算值;双向板极限荷载实测值与同强度等级普通混凝土双向板极限荷载实测值相差不大,且明显高于其理论计算值;2)两种混凝土梁荷载-挠度曲线形状、裂缝发展和破坏形态基本相同;3)自密实混凝土沿梁高的平均应变基本符合平截面假定。因此,采用混凝土理论设计自密实混凝土梁是合理的和安全的。
Through the contrast test of 6 self-compacting concrete beams and 2 ordinary concrete beams, the flexural behavior of self-compacting concrete simply supported beams is studied. The results show that: 1) The average value of the ultimate load of self-compacting concrete beam is almost the same as the actual value of ordinary concrete beam, but higher than its theoretical value; the ultimate load of biaxial plate and the ultimate load The difference between the measured value and the calculated value is obviously higher than the theoretical value; 2) the shape of load-deflection curves and the development and destruction of cracks are basically the same; 3) The average strain along the beam height of self-compacting concrete basically conforms to the cross-section assumed. Therefore, using concrete theory to design self-compacting concrete beams is reasonable and safe.
