志愿服务已有百年历史,至今在各个国家仍保持着蓬勃发展的势头,已经成为一项推动社会发展、催生现代文明的世界性运动。在中国,志愿服务事业的主体是由共青团中央1993年发起的中国青年志愿者行动。十年来,参加志愿服务逐渐成为新的社会风尚,一个遍布全国的青年志愿服务网络已初步形成。理论工作者没有理由不关注这项波澜壮阔的伟大事业。为此,本刊专门开辟了这个专栏,欢迎广大作者、读者从不同角度、层次就志愿服务在我们这个平台上展示、交流你们的研究成果。本期刊登的四篇文章是从2004年12月在成都举办的“志愿服务与社会发展”论坛的大会发言中精选出来的。今后我们希望有更多的政府部门就各自的领域如何与公众沟通、动员整合社会资源发表意见。
Volunteer service has a history of one hundred years. So far, it has maintained its vigorous momentum in various countries and has become a worldwide campaign to promote social development and spawn modern civilization. In China, the main body of volunteerism is the China Youth Volunteer Initiative launched by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League in 1993. In the past ten years, volunteering has gradually become a new social fashion. A youth volunteer service network has been formed all over the country. Theoreticians have no reason not to pay attention to this magnificent and magnificent undertaking. To this end, the magazine has opened up this column specifically, welcome the majority of authors, readers from different angles, levels of volunteer service on our platform to display and exchange your research results. The four articles published in this issue were selected from the speeches of the General Assembly on “Volunteering and Social Development” held in Chengdu in December 2004. In the future, we hope that more government departments will communicate with the public in their respective fields and mobilize and integrate social resources to express their opinions.
