自我定位是综合性大学美术教师教育过程中学生面临的一个重大问题。因此,探讨如何从学校、学生、家庭与社会各个方面入手,使学生能尽早对自己进行准确有效的定位是当前的一个重要课题。综合性大学美术学专业在人才培养方案的制订与课程体系的建构上应该体现职业意识,开设职业规划指导课程等,帮助他们进行职业规划;同时,要尽早让学生进入职业模拟教学场地和教育实习基地等;家长和社会各界也应提高认识,为学生的职业选择提供指导与帮助。
Self-orientation is a major issue faced by students in the art education of comprehensive university.
