惯性式铅垂振动输送机(如图1)是靠周期性的惯性力把物料送上去的,而惯性力是靠偏心块的旋转得来的。偏心块的安置条件应保证:一、所产生的惯性力只有铅垂的分量,惯性力矩只有绕垂直轴的分量;二、这两个分量的指向还必须一致。换言之,惯性力系应根据螺旋的方向简化为一个力螺旋。本文研究两种惯性式铅垂振动输送机激振器偏心配置的一般条件。
Inertial vertical vibration conveyor (Figure 1) is based on periodic inertial force to send the material, and inertial force is based on the eccentric block rotation obtained. Eccentric block placement conditions should be guaranteed: First, the inertial force generated by only the vertical component of inertia moment only about the vertical axis of the component; Second, the two component points must also be consistent. In other words, the inertial force should be reduced to a force spiral in the direction of the spiral. In this paper, two kinds of inertial vertical vibration conveyor exciter eccentric configuration of the general conditions.
