近年来,在南非人民持续反对种族主义统治的斗争中,南非黑人工人正在加速组织起来,黑人工会的团结、统一趋势进一步发展。这对于南非局势今后的发展具有深远的影响。 南非的经济是非洲大陆上最发达的,这在很大程度上是由于剥削黑人廉价劳动力、榨取黑人工人血汗的结果。南非3000万人口中,黑人占70％多,在全国600多万工人中,黑人工人从事着最繁重、艰苦、肮脏、危险的劳动。据南非官方年鉴,1981年南非制造业内黑人工人在壮工中占85％,占运输工人的77％,在服务性工种中占76％,占直接从事生产工人的62％。
In recent years, in the ongoing struggle by the South African people for their continued opposition to racist rule, black African workers in South Africa are speeding up the process of unification and the unification of black unions, and the unification trend has further developed. According to the South African Official Almanac, in 1981, black manufacturing in the manufacturing sector in South Africa accounted for 85% of the labor force in 1981, accounting for 77% of transport workers, 76% of service trades and 62% of those directly engaged in production.
