以23t液压挖掘机为研究对象,分析挖掘机平整作业工况的特点,从理论上推导其工作装置运动的模型,根据挖掘机模型在平整作业过程中的铲斗齿尖运动规律,得到各驱动液压缸的行程匹配关系。通过改变动臂液压缸和斗杆液压缸的流量分配比例关系,对平整作业过程中挖掘机的平整精细性和平整效率进行对比试验和分析,为后续挖掘机设计过程中的流量分配提供参考依据。
Taking 23t hydraulic excavator as the research object, this paper analyzes the characteristics of excavator leveling operation condition, derives the model of its working device movement theoretically, and obtains the driving law of the blade tooth tip of the excavator model during the leveling operation, Hydraulic cylinder stroke matching relationship. By changing the relationship between the flow distribution ratio of the boom cylinder and the arm cylinder, the flatness and smoothness of the excavator during the leveling operation are comparatively tested and analyzed, which provides reference for the subsequent flow distribution in the excavator design process .
