探索细胞凋亡在心血管系统的意义,应用TUNEL法、透射电镜技术观察20例冠心病猝死者梗死区心肌细胞凋亡现象。冠心病组梗死区心肌细胞凋亡千分率(557.94±144.10%)明显高于正常对照组(34.30±20.68%),P<0.01,并有趋势表明,冠状动脉粥样硬化病变支数越多,梗死区心肌细胞凋亡越明显。电镜下见有的心肌细胞出现胞核体积缩小、染色质边聚、核膜完整的早期凋亡特征;有的则出现染色质更浓密、电子密度明显增加、结构模糊不清、核膜仍完整的中晚期凋亡细胞特征。细胞凋亡在冠心病心肌梗死是一种相当重要的现象。
