清末轮船招商局同外资轮船公司之间订立齐价合同问题,一直为洋务运动历史研究者所瞩目。关于合同订立的次数和时间,有关史料和论述长期以来互有歧异,笔者曾作考订,论证从1877年至1911年清朝覆灭的34年间,合同共订立七次,涉及的航线包括:长江、上海——天津、上海——福州、上海——宁波、牛庄——汕头、上海——香港、上海——广州,几乎包括近代中国
The issue of the formation of a contract of parity between the China Merchants Shipping and the foreign-funded shipping companies at the end of the Qing Dynasty has drawn the attention of historical researchers of the Westernization Movement. Regarding the number and timing of the contracts, the relevant historical materials and discourses have long diverged from each other. The author has conducted a series of tests to prove that during the 34 years of the Qing dynasty from 1877 to 1911, a total of seven contracts were concluded. The routes involved include the Yangtze River and Shanghai - Tianjin, Shanghai - Fuzhou, Shanghai - Ningbo, Niuzhuang - Shantou, Shanghai - Hong Kong, Shanghai - Guangzhou, almost including modern China
