目的探究家庭运动干预联合饮食控制对妊娠期糖尿病患者脂肪因子及妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2015年5月-2016年5月该院收治的89例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(43例)和对照组(46例),对照组仅予常规宣传教育与护理。观察组在对照组基础上行家庭运动干预联合饮食控制,比较并分析两组患者干预前后的血糖水平、血脂及脂肪因子水平和妊娠结局。结果干预后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均低于对照组,胰岛素敏感指数高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组甘油三酯(TG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)及瘦蛋白(leptin)均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组妊娠期高血压疾病、早产、剖宫产、产后出血、产褥感染、新生儿窒息和新生儿低血糖的发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家庭运动干预联合饮食控制能够显著降低患者血糖水平,调控血脂及脂肪因子水平,改善妊娠结局。
Objective To investigate the effects of family exercise intervention combined with diet control on adipokines and pregnancy outcomes in gestational diabetes mellitus patients. Methods 89 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the research object. The patients were divided into observation group (43 cases) and control group (46 cases) by random number table method. The control group Only regular publicity education and care. On the basis of the control group, the observation group underwent family exercise intervention combined with diet control. The levels of blood glucose, blood lipids, adipokines and pregnancy outcomes were compared and analyzed before and after the intervention. Results After fasting, the fasting blood glucose and the postprandial 2-h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the insulin sensitivity index was higher in the observation group than in the control group (P <0.05). The triglyceride (TG), serum total cholesterol (TC) The levels of serum HDL-C, LDL-C, TNF-α and leptin were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of gestational hypertension, premature birth, cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage, puerperal infection, neonatal asphyxia and neonatal hypoglycemia in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Family exercise intervention combined with diet control can significantly reduce blood glucose levels, regulate blood lipids and adipokines levels and improve pregnancy outcomes.
