每天大便才能保持身体健康粪便主要由食物残渣组成,还包括一些体内的代谢物和电解质。决定排便间歇时间的因素很多,如食物的种类、个人的排便习惯、进食量的多少及其消化吸收情况。大部分人每天一次,但也有人每天排便两次或两天排便一次。因此,重要的不是大便的次数,而是粪便不干燥,容易排出。
