<正> 最近我们对武汉市小型商业企业试行租赁经营作了调查,全市租赁承包经营责任制发展很快,全市城区共有国营小型商业企业726户,已采取“改租”形式放开的650户,占89.6％。其中,国家所有集体经营307户,占42.2％,集体租赁经营337户,占46.4％,“个人租赁经营”6户,占0.8％。今年六月末,亏损户数由上年同期的110户减少到78户,亏损额减少到47万元,降幅为61.3％,销售扩大、利润增长。反映了小型商业实行租赁经营后的生机与活力。在支持租赁经营承包发展过程中,我们认为要做好以下几
