目的:观察刺蓝抗疲口服液对手术后疲劳综合征(POFS)大鼠模型的作用及其机制。方法:将60只SD大鼠随机分成空白组、假手术组、模型组、刺蓝抗疲口服液低、中、高剂量组(4.7,9.4,18.8 g.kg-1.d-1)。采用切除大鼠部分肝脏的方法建立POFS大鼠模型,以肛温、体力活动、血常规、白蛋白、转铁蛋白等为指标,观察ig给药7 d刺蓝抗疲口服液对POFS大鼠的影响。结果:刺蓝抗疲口服液中剂量组大鼠在悬挂实验中的抬头次数与抬头最高高度与模型组有显著差异(P<0.01),术后大鼠肛温的恢复与模型组有差异(P<0.01);高剂量组大鼠白蛋白、转铁蛋白明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:刺蓝抗疲口服液能缩短模型大鼠POFS持续时间,减轻POFS的程度。
Objective: To observe the effect and mechanism of acanthopanax senticosus oral liquid on postoperative fatigue syndrome (POFS) rat model. Methods: Sixty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups: sham-operation group, sham-operation group, model group and low-dose, middle-dose and high dose group. POFS rat model was established by excision of part of the liver in rats. Rectal temperature, physical activity, blood routine, albumin, transferrin and other indicators were used to observe the effect of ig administration on the POFS rats Impact. Results: There was a significant difference between the model group and the control group (P <0.01). The recovery of rectal temperature in rats after operation was significantly different from that of the model group P <0.01). The albumin and transferrin in high dose group were significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusion: The antiepileptic liquid of acanthopanax can shorten the duration of POFS and reduce the degree of POFS in model rats.
