以MPP和DMMP为复合阻燃剂制备一系列环氧层压防火板材料.通过红外表征了MPP结构.通过将MPP用于环氧层压防火板中的阻燃性能试验表明,合成的MPP具有较好的阻燃性能,力学性能试验表明,MPP和DMMP的复合作用使材料的弹性模量和冲击强度大大提高,而且加入DMMP后可以进一步提高环氧层压防火板阻燃性能,环氧层压防火板的LOI可以达到32.“,”A series of epoxy laminate fireproof boards were prepared with MPP and DMMP as the composite flame retardants. The structure of MPP was characterize by IR. The flame retardance test which applied MPP in the epoxy laminate fireproof board showed that the synthesized MPP had good flame retardance. The mechanical performance tests showed that the combination of MPP and DMMP had made the elasticity modulus and impact strengths of the fireproof boards improve significantly. Furthermore, the DMMP could enhance the flame retardance of epoxy laminate fireproof boards,the LOI of the fireproof boards could reach 32.
