目前氨基酸溶液配方的基本指导标准是参照成人正常状态下进食量和食物蛋白(如鸡蛋蛋白)的氨基酸组成,而缺乏任何前瞻性研究去决定各种氨基酸组成的浓度。虽然这种溶液中含有人体所必需的8种必需氨基酸,然而在疾病、应激状态下,有些非必需氨基酸因合成速度的不足而成为半必需氨基酸。本研究假设应用能满足小儿生长发育需要的特殊儿科用氨基酸溶液能更好地改善应激状态下成年病人的氮平衡。
At present, the basic guideline for amino acid solution formulation is to refer to the amino acid composition of food intake and food protein (such as egg protein) under normal adult conditions, and lack of any prospective study to determine the concentration of various amino acid compositions. Although this solution contains the eight essential amino acids that are essential for the body, some nonessential amino acids become semi-essential amino acids due to lack of speed of synthesis in disease and stress conditions. This study assumes that the use of a special pediatric amino acid solution that meets the needs of children’s growth and development can better improve the nitrogen balance in adult patients under stress.
