加强建设工程施工分包合同管理,对提升施工项目合同履约效果和风险管控水平,以及提升建设工程管理水平及质量安全水平至关重要。基于此,分析建设工程施工分包合同管理的政策法规建设与实践现状,总结其存在的主要问题。进而从分包合同管理制度体系、合格分包方名录库、分包合同范本、分包合同签订、分包合同履约、合同履约诚信评价等七个方面,提出完善施工分包合同管理的对策建议。
Strengthening subcontracting management of construction projects is of crucial importance in enhancing contract performance and risk management and control of construction projects, as well as enhancing the management level and quality and safety of construction projects. Based on this, this paper analyzes the construction and practice of the construction and practice of the policies and regulations on the subcontract management of construction projects, and summarizes the main problems.
