根据结构形式和现场条件,传统提升施工的提升架一般为悬挑梁式和门式提升架。结合成都新世纪环球中心中央游艺区拱形钢结构屋盖的结构特点,介绍了对三角形格构式提升架的设计思路、提升架的形式及提升架设计方法等。以屋盖3为例,建立提升架计算模型,结果表明,提升架顶端变形满足规范要求。同时指出对三角形格构式提升架使用中的注意事项:加强提升架基础顶面配筋、保证落地端节点刚度、控制提升架垂直度等。
According to the structure and site conditions, the conventional hoisting frame for hoisting construction is usually cantilevered beam type and gantry hoisting frame. Combined with the structural features of arched steel structure roof in the central recreation area of New Century Global Center in Chengdu, the design idea of triangular lattice structure, the form of frame and the design method of lifting frame are introduced. Taking the roof 3 as an example, the calculation model of the lifting frame is established. The results show that the deformation of the lifting frame top meets the specification. At the same time, it points out the precautions in the use of the triangular lattice type lifting frame: strengthening the reinforcement of the foundation top of the lifting frame, ensuring the rigidity of the node at the landing end and controlling the verticality of the lifting frame.
