以EXCEL软件为工具,对某选煤厂入料和产品数据资料进行处理,利用样条插值法建立可选性曲线模型,得到数质量效率η、理论分选密度等;由分配曲线的拟合得到实际分选密度δp值、可能偏差Ep值、不完善度I值等;通过工艺指标分析,认为该重介浅槽分选密度为1.6kg/L,Ep小,分选精度高,错配物为1.36%,数量效率η为99.04%,分选效果好。
