邻苯二甲酸酯(Phthalic acid esters,PAEs)是一类重要的全球性有机污染物,具有环境雌激素效应、生物累积和放大效应,可通过食物链对人体健康造成损害。当前环境PAEs污染问题普遍存在,其在环境介质中的含量已经成为评估环境污染程度的一项重要指标。该文在国内外众多学者研究的基础上,综述了色谱法、色谱-质谱连用法、分光光度法、化学发光免疫分析法等各种方法在不同介质内PAEs检测过程中的优缺点,并对其发展趋势进行了展望,提出便捷、高通量的前处理技术、高分辨率的多级串联质谱以及色谱-质谱连用技术是未来PAEs检测方法的发展方向。
Phthalic acid esters (PAEs) are an important class of global organic pollutants that have environmental estrogen effects, bioaccumulation and amplification effects, which can damage human health through the food chain. The pollution of PAEs in the current environment is widespread, and its content in environmental media has become an important index for assessing the degree of environmental pollution. Based on the researches of many scholars at home and abroad, this article reviews the advantages and disadvantages of various methods such as chromatography, GC-MS, spectrophotometry and chemiluminescence immunoassay in the detection of PAEs in different media. The development trends of PAEs are prospected in this paper. It is proposed that convenient, high-throughput pretreatment techniques, high-resolution multi-stage tandem mass spectrometry and mass spectrometry-mass spectrometry are the future directions of PAEs detection.
