文章针对传统被动监控方式的不足,采用自动控制技术和模式识别、图像处理技术,提出了一种“预置位时域控制+定位识别技术”的新型主动监控策略,通过对道路的安全特征进行针对的分析,对摄像机预置位和监控时间进行合理规划和选择,并进行智能化的算法控制,这样充分利用定位识别技术的精度优势,并结合监控时域的合理化选择,大大缩短了发现异常交通事件的几率和时间,在保障高速公路安全与效率方面发挥了积极的作用,提高了道路管理的效率。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional passive monitoring methods, this paper proposes a new active monitoring strategy of “preset time-domain control + positioning recognition ” using automatic control technology, pattern recognition and image processing technology. Characteristics of the targeted analysis, camera presetting and monitoring time reasonable planning and selection, and intelligent algorithm control, so take full advantage of the accuracy of positioning and identification technology, combined with the rational choice of monitoring time domain, greatly reducing the time The probability and time of finding unusual traffic accidents have played an active role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of expressways and have improved the efficiency of road management.
