本文在工程实践的基础上,用数理冶金方法建立了新型铸造双相不锈钢ZG1Cr13-D的强韧性方程:并给出了控制ZG1Cr13-D精铸叶片综合机械性能的数学模型,从而在理论与实践上论证了用ZG1Cr13-D代替AISI410制造汽轮机压气机动叶片之可能性。
Based on the engineering practice, the mathematical model of the mechanical properties of ZG1Cr13-D cast-in-cast blades is given by using the mathematical metallurgical method to establish the toughness equation of the new cast duplex stainless steel ZG1Cr13-D. On the feasibility of using ZG1Cr13-D instead of AISI410 turbine blades for the manufacture of gas turbine.
