目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)对新生儿免疫球蛋白、补体(IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、C4)的影响。方法:65例母亲系GDM的足月新生儿(GDM组)及79例母亲无合并症的足月新生儿(对照组)均于生后12 h内采动脉血3 ml采用放射免疫法测定IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、C4水平。且GDM组生后立即测空腹血糖。结果:GDM组免疫球蛋白IgG及补体C3、C4比对照组低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且GDM组血糖水平与血清IgG、C3、C4呈正相关。结论:GDM会导致新生儿IgG、C3、C4水平降低。应重视围产保健。
Objective: To investigate the effect of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) on neonatal immunoglobulin, complement (IgG, IgA, IgM, C3, C4). Methods: Sixty-five neonates with gestational age (GDM group) and 79 full-term newborns without mothers with GDM (control group) were enrolled in this study. Blood samples of 3 ml were collected within 12 hours after birth and radioimmunoassay , IgA, IgM, C3, C4 levels. And GDM group measured fasting blood glucose immediately after birth. Results: The immunoglobulin IgG, complement C3 and C4 in GDM group were lower than those in control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). The level of IgG in serum of GDM group was positively correlated with IgG, C3 and C4. Conclusion: GDM can lead to the decrease of neonatal IgG, C3 and C4 levels. Should pay attention to perinatal health care.
