今年我们承接了一项“毛细管流变仪”上关键零件“铜套”的加工任务。此零件难度较大,过去一些单位主要靠进口解决,这需花费大量外汇。我们过去也未加工过此类精密小深孔零件,在学习外单位深孔拉铰经验的基础上,结合本零件和车间的具体条件,经过反复实践、试验,最后终于达到了原设计要求,有些主要技术要求已超过了要求精度。现将加工中的一些体会交流如下。
This year we undertook the processing of a “copper sleeve” key part of a “capillary rheometer”. This part is more difficult, in the past some units mainly rely on imports to solve, which takes a lot of foreign exchange. In the past, we have not processed such precision small deep hole parts. Based on the experience of deep hole drawing in units outside of the study unit, after combining with the specific conditions of this part and workshop, after repeated practice and experiment, finally we reached the original design requirements. Some of the major technical requirements have exceeded the required accuracy. Now some of the processing experience exchange is as follows.
