目的观察倚水济木汤对小鼠四氯化碳(CCl4)肝损伤的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法采用腹腔注射CC l4制作小鼠慢性肝损伤模型。造模5天后治疗组分别予以倚水济木汤、利肝隆片治疗10天,检测包括正常组、模型组之各组血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果倚水济木汤可显著降低CC l4肝损伤小鼠模型血清ALT、AST的水平,明显升高肝组织SOD的水平。结论倚水济木汤对CCl4所致小鼠肝损伤有明显的改善作用,其作用机制可能与减轻肝内脂质过氧化反应有关。
Objective To observe the effect of Yishu Jimu Decoction on hepatic injury induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) in mice and to explore its mechanism of action. Methods The chronic liver injury model was established by intraperitoneal injection of CC l4. After 5 days of modeling, the treatment group was treated with Yishui Jimu Decoction and Liganlong Tablets for 10 days. Serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferases were measured in each group including the normal group and the model group. (AST), liver tissue superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity. Results Yishu Jimu Decoction can significantly reduce the serum ALT, AST levels in the liver model of CC l4 liver injury, and significantly increase the level of SOD in liver tissue. Conclusion Yishu Jimu Decoction can significantly improve the liver damage induced by CCl4 in mice. The mechanism may be related to the reduction of intralipid lipid peroxidation.
