加强小微企业工会组织建设,是新形势下工会组织建设必须重视的问题。随着全面改革的不断深化,社会经济成分、组织形式、就业方式、利益关系和分配方式的日益多样化,非公有制企业必将越来越多,小微企业也将越来越多。如果各级工会仍然沿用计划经济的思维方式,仅是围绕着公有制企业和大企业开展工会工作,就将会失去占劳动者人数近一半的小微企业这块阵地。我们必须顺应发展变化了的形势,切实加强小微企业的工会组织建设和工会工作。
Strengthening the building of trade union organizations in small and micro enterprises is a problem that must be taken seriously in the construction of trade union organizations under the new situation. With the continuous deepening of the comprehensive reform, the increasing diversification of social economic components, organizational forms, employment forms, interest relations and distribution methods, there will surely be more non-public ownership enterprises and more and more small and micro enterprises. If the trade unions at all levels continue to use the mode of thinking of a planned economy and only conduct trade union work around public-owned enterprises and large enterprises, they will lose the position of small and micro enterprises accounting for nearly half of the number of workers. We must conform to the situation of development and change, and earnestly strengthen the construction of trade union organizations and trade union work in small and micro-enterprises.
