目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定复方乙胺嘧啶片中两组分含量。方法:色谱柱Water C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇·水·三乙胺(40:55:5)为流动相,流速1.0ml·min~(-1),检测波长272nm。结果:乙胺嘧啶和氨苯砜的线性范围分别为6.4~22.6μg·ml~(-1)(r= 0.9999)和32.4~113.6μg·ml~(-1)(r=0.9999),平均回收率分别为97.0%(RSD=0.9%)和100.3%(RSD=03%)。结论:方法简便、快速、准确可靠,适用于产品的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of two components in compound pyrimethamine tablets. METHODS: The mobile phase was water C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) and methanol / water / triethylamine (40:55:5) with a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min -1. The detection wavelength was set at 272 nm . Results: The linear ranges of pyrimethamine and dapsone were 6.4 ~ 22.6μg · ml ~ (-1) (r = 0.9999) and 32.4 ~ 113.6μg · ml ~ (-1) (r = 0.9999) Rates were 97.0% (RSD = 0.9%) and 100.3% (RSD = 03%), respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, suitable for the determination of the content of the product.
