组织双元创新对企业绩效的正向作用已有众多研究,而对联盟双元创新的讨论仍处于起步阶段。基于相关研究指出,股权式战略联盟可以通过管理三对社会资本悖论来实现双元创新,进而提高自身绩效。这三对社会资本悖论是:认知资本VS桥连接、结构资本VS模块化、关系资本VS契约机制。通过提出一个新的理论框架,指出这三对悖论对实现联盟双元创新的重要性,提出管理思维(阴阳思维)和管理过程(静态组合和动态调整)来帮助应对这三对悖论。并基于以上讨论,提出了三个命题。
Organizational dual-innovation has a lot of research on the positive effect of business performance, and the discussion on dual-innovation in the league is still in its infancy. Based on the related research, it is pointed out that the equity strategic alliance can realize the dual innovation through the management of three pairs of social capital paradox, and then improve their own performance. The three paradoxes of social capital are: cognitive capital VS bridge connection, structural capital VS modular, relational capital VS contract mechanism. By proposing a new theoretical framework, the author points out the importance of these three pairs of paradoxes in realizing dualism of alliances, and proposes management thinking (Yin and Yang thinking) and management processes (static combination and dynamic adjustment) to help counter these three paradoxes. Based on the above discussion, three propositions are proposed.
