通过系列试验对仪器的测定参数进行了优化,消解过程中对消解剂进行优选,建立了测定柿饼中五种微量元素含量的火焰原子吸收光度分析方法。5种元素测定的相对标准偏差RSD在1.1%~2.0%之间,方法检出限在0.13~0.21 ng/mL之间。同步又进行了加标回收试验,方法的回收率在98.2%~103.1%之间。试验表明,柿饼中Cu,Fe,Zn和Mg含量较丰富,分别为3.70,12.55,5.91和5.24μg/g,尤其是Fe含量丰富,可以有效补充人体微量元素,有益于人体健康。
The parameters of the instrument were optimized through a series of experiments. The digestion agent was optimized in the digestion process, and the flame atomic absorption spectrometry method was established for the determination of five trace elements in dried persimmons. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of the five elements were between 1.1% and 2.0%, and the detection limits were between 0.13 and 0.21 ng / mL.
