利用10%、2.5%、1%和0.5%浓度的光肥溶液及清水对照处理对长白落叶松种子进行发芽试验,浸种时间分别为48小时和72小时。结果表明:经10%和2.5%的光肥溶液处理的种子萌发受到抑制,发芽率、发芽势均比对照显著降低,平均的发芽天数较对照明显延迟;经1%光肥溶液处理的种子,其发芽率较对照提高4%(48小时)、13%(72小时),发芽势较对照提高4.5%<48小时)‘12.5%<72小时);经0.5%光肥溶液处理的种子,其发芽率较对照提高7%(48小时)、16.5%(72小时),发芽势较对照提高3.5%(48小时)、13.5%(72小时)。
The germination experiments were conducted on the seeds of Larix olgensis using light fertilizer solution of 10%, 2.5%, 1%, and 0.5%, and water control treatment. The soaking time was 48 hours and 72 hours respectively.
