Under the condition of pH = 6.5, thiourea wool was used to enrich trace amounts of zinc in kumiss, and then eluted with hydrochloric acid solution of pH 3.5, separated from interfering ions and developed with zinc reagent for spectrophotometry . The relative standard deviation of this method is 2.6%, the result is satisfactory
