脑缺血再灌注、急性颅脑损伤、体外循环等可导致脑组织不同程度的损伤,其机制主要包括氧化应激、能量代谢异常、钙离子超载、炎症细胞和炎症因子的作用、血管舒缩因子失衡、蛋白和酶表达异常等。丙泊酚是目前应用最广泛的静脉麻醉药,具有一定的脑保护作用,可能机制有降低脑代谢、改善脑血管功能、抗自由基、抑制脂质过氧化、抑制细胞内钙超载、抑制炎性细胞因子的表达、抑制细胞凋亡等。“,”Cerebral ischemia reperfusion ,acute craniocerebral injury and extra‐corporeal circulation etc .could lead to different degrees of brain tissue damage ,its mechanism mainly con‐sists of oxidative stress ,energy metabolism abnormality ,Ca2+ overload ,action of inflammation cells and inflammatory factor ,vasomotor factor imbalances ,abnormal expression of proteins and enzymes .Propofol is currently the most widely used intravenous anesthetic ,has a certain brain protection ,its possible mecha‐nisms consists of lowering brain metabolism ,improving cardiovascular function ,resisting free radicals , and inhibiting lipid peroxidation ,intracellular calcium overload ,expression of inflammatory cytokines ,cell apoptosis and so on .
