目的 :对秕鳞八角莲 Dysosma furf uracea Bao根及根茎的化学成分进行研究。方法 :采用硅胶色谱柱进行分离 ,通过物理、化学和光谱学方法鉴定各化合物的结构。结果 :分离并鉴定了 9个化合物 ,分别为鬼臼毒素 (podophyllotoxin, )、去氧鬼臼毒素 (deoxypodophyllotoxin, )、山柰酚 (kaem pferol, )、槲皮素 (quercetin, )、β-谷甾醇 (β- sitosterol, )、苦鬼臼素葡萄糖苷 (picropodo phyllotoxin 4- O - glucoside, )、鬼臼毒素葡萄糖苷(podophyllotoxin4- O - glucoside, )、香草酸 (vabillic acid, )和胡萝卜苷 (daucosterol, )。结论 :各化合物均首次从秕鳞八角莲中分得
Objective : To study the chemical constituents of roots and rhizomes of Dysosma furf uracea Bao. Methods : Separation was performed on a silica gel column and the structures of each compound were identified by physical, chemical and spectroscopic methods. Results: Nine compounds were isolated and identified. They were podophyllotoxin, deoxypodophyllotoxin, kaem pferol, quercetin, and β-valley. Beta- sitosterol, ), picropodo phyllotoxin 4-O-glucoside, podophyllotoxin 4-O- glucoside, vabillic acid, and carotenoids ( Daucosterol, ). Conclusion : All compounds were isolated from the octagonal lotus for the first time
