为了揭示林下放养与舍饲两种养殖模式对松辽黑猪健康水平及新陈代谢的影响,试验测定了两种养殖模式下松辽黑猪血常规、血清生化及盐离子浓度等指标。结果表明:放养可引起松辽黑猪血液淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞含量极显著升高(P<0.01),嗜碱性粒细胞含量显著升高(P<0.05),中性粒细胞显著降低(P<0.05);放养可引起松辽黑猪血液直接胆红素(D-BIL)含量极显著升高(P<0.01),CO2含量显著降低(P<0.05);对其他血液生化和无机盐离子等指标影响不大。说明放养可以显著提升猪群的健康水平。
In order to reveal the effects of two kinds of farming modes of shelly stocking and shed feeding on the health and metabolism of Songliao black pigs, the blood routine, serum biochemical and salt ion concentration of Songliao black pigs under two farming modes were tested. The results showed that the level of blood lymphocytes and macrophages in Songliao black pigs significantly increased (P <0.01), the content of basophils increased significantly (P <0.05) and neutrophils decreased significantly (P < P <0.05). The stocking could cause the content of blood direct bilirubin (D-BIL) in Songliao black pigs significantly increased (P <0.01) and CO2 content decreased significantly Ions and other indicators have little effect. Explanations stocking can significantly improve the health of herds.
