针对某型号斜盘式轴向柱塞泵回程盘与柱塞组件试验出现局部严重磨损及干涉故障,利用ANSYS Workbench软件对斜盘式柱塞泵回程盘进行了强度和刚度分析,首先找出了回程盘的应力主要集中区和变形量较大的位置,为回程盘的设计提供了参考;其次,对回程盘进行了优化,在保证回程盘的强度达到设计要求的情况下,增强了回程盘的刚度,改善了泵的整体性能,为斜盘式轴向柱塞泵的结构优化、提高效率等方面提供实用经验和参考。
Aiming at some severe wear and interference of backplane and plunger assembly of a swash plate type axial piston pump, ANSYS Workbench software was used to analyze the strength and stiffness of the swash plate piston return plate. The stress of return plate is mainly concentrated and the location of large deformation provides a reference for the design of return plate. Secondly, the return plate is optimized, and the return plate is strengthened under the condition of ensuring the strength of return plate to meet the design requirements Stiffness, improve the overall performance of the pump for the structural optimization of the swash plate axial piston pump, improve efficiency and provide practical experience and reference.
