目的:观察黄芪及低分子肝素钙联合治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅲ-Ⅳ期患者,在减少尿蛋白漏出,改善低蛋白血症方面的疗效。方法:67例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为两组,对照组32例,采用常规疗法;治疗组35例,在常规治疗基础上加用黄芪联合低分子肝素钙治疗4周。比较治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量、血浆白蛋白水平。结果:治疗组治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量、血浆白蛋白水平与治疗前比较有显著差异(P<0．05),而对照组相关指标无显著变化。治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量和血浆白蛋白水平,两纽比较亦有显著差异(P<0．05)结论:黄芪联合低分子肝素钙治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅲ-Ⅳ期患者,在减少尿蛋白漏出,改善低蛋白血症方面有一定疗效,故对于延缓肾动能损害进展速度有积极治疗意义。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the curative effect of combining astragalus and low molecular weight heparin calcium in patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ of diabetic nephropathy in reducing urinary protein leakage and improving hypoproteinemia. Methods: Sixty-seven patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine therapy. In the treatment group, 35 cases were treated with astragalus combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium for 4 weeks. The 24 h urine protein and serum albumin levels were compared before and after treatment. Results: The urinary protein and serum albumin levels in the treatment group at 24 h after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment (P <0.05), while those in the control group showed no significant changes. After 24 h treatment, urinary protein and plasma albumin levels were also significantly different between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Astragalus combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium in patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ diabetic nephropathy in reducing urinary protein leakage, Improve hypoproteinemia has a certain effect, it is to delay the progression of renal artery damage has a positive therapeutic value.
