目的了解2011年福建省健康人群流脑带菌率及抗体水平,为制定防控措施提供依据。方法采集不同年龄组健康人群的咽拭子及血清标本,用ELISA法检测血清抗体,E-test法进行药敏试验,SPSS 17.0软件包分析。结果 2011年咽拭子标本中未检出脑膜炎奈瑟球菌(0/263);流脑抗体总阳性率为87.33%(324/371),流脑A群和C群抗体阳性率分别为78.98%(293/371)和66.04%(245/371);A群以1~3岁年龄组抗体阳性率最高(87.76%,43/49),3~5岁年龄组最低(73.47%,36/49);C群以≥20岁年龄组抗体阳性率最高(74.19%,46/62),3~5岁年龄组最低(51.02%,25/49)。龙岩市流脑A群抗体阳性率和浓度均高于屏南县(阳性率分别为87.50%、69.01%,浓度分别为7.81、4.79μg/ml),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男女流脑阳性率和浓度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 2011年福建省流脑流行期健康人群带菌率低,A群流脑抗体免疫水平高于C群。A、C群流脑抗体免疫水平对健康人群有较高的免疫保护作用,但应加强3~5岁低龄儿童A群或A+C疫苗的接种。
Objective To understand the prevalence and antibody levels of infectious cerebrospinal fluid among healthy population in Fujian Province in 2011 and provide basis for prevention and control measures. Methods Throat swabs and serum samples were collected from healthy population of different age groups. Serum antibodies were detected by ELISA. Drug susceptibility test was performed by E-test method and analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software package. Results Neisseria meningitidis (0/263) was not detected in throat swab specimens in 2011. The total positive rate of meningococcal antibody was 87.33% (324/371). The positive rates of meningococcal group A and C antibody were 78.98 The positive rate of antibody in group A was the highest (87.76%, 43/49) in the age group of 1 ~ 3 years and lowest in the group of 3 ~ 5 years (73.47%, 36 / 49). The positive rate of antibody in group C ≥ 20 years old was the highest (74.19%, 46/62), and lowest in group 3-5 years old (51.02%, 25/49). The positive rate and concentration of meningococcal group A antibody in Longyan were higher than that in Pingnan (the positive rates were 87.50% and 69.01%, respectively, the concentrations were 7.81 and 4.79μg / ml, respectively). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There were no significant differences in the positive rate and the concentration of meconium between men and women (P> 0.05). Conclusions In 2011, the carrying rate of meningitis in group A was lower than that of group C in Fujian province. Group A and group C meningitis antibody levels have a higher immune protection effect on healthy people, but group A or group A + C vaccines should be strengthened for children aged 3 to 5 years old.
