贵州省机械工程学会第五次会员代表大会暨成立30周年年会于1991年4月23日～25日在贵阳花溪隆重召开。出席会议的有全省会员代表共145人。会议主题是“依靠科技进步,为振兴贵州机械工业作出新贡献”。主要内容是:总结经验,学术交流,检阅成果,表新先进,换届选举,制订计划。省机械工业厅沈连生厅长、熊开周付厅长、省科协朱明龙秘书长应邀出席了会议并讲话。省环保、轻工、农机、电子等兄弟学会到会祝贺致贺信,中国机械工程学会、云南省和四川省机械工程学会分别向大会发来了贺电和贺信。中国机械工程学会《机械工程》杂志主编蔡玉麟同志到会作了“IE工程”专题报告。代表们共同回顾了学会三十年
The Fifth Congress of Mechanical Engineering Society of Guizhou Province and the 30th Anniversary of the Founding Meeting were held ceremoniously in Huaxi, Guiyang from April 23 to 25, 1991. A total of 145 member representatives attended the meeting. The theme of the conference is “relying on scientific and technological progress and making new contributions to the revitalization of Guizhou’s machinery industry.” The main contents are: lessons learned, academic exchanges, review of the results, the new table advanced, the general election, the development of the plan. Shen Liansheng, director of Provincial Department of Machinery Industry, Xiong Kaixu, director of the Provincial Science and Technology Association Zhu Minglong, was invited to attend the conference and give a speech. Provincial environmental protection, light industry, agricultural machinery, electronics and other brothers learn to congratulate the letter of congratulation, China Mechanical Engineering Society, Yunnan Province and Sichuan Province Mechanical Engineering Society sent congratulatory messages and congratulations to the General Assembly.
