血吸虫病肝纤维化过程中,促纤维生成和促纤维溶解因素不平衡导致细胞外基质大量沉积。肝脏巨噬细胞和星状细胞的激活是肝脏纤维化的两个关键事件,两者形成一个复杂的调节纤维化平衡的网络。本文对巨噬细胞分泌的纤维化相关细胞因子的功能及其对星状细胞的激活、不同表型和不同激活状态的巨噬细胞在肝纤维化过程中的作用进行了综述,旨在为免疫调节防治肝纤维化研究提供参考。
In schistosomiasis hepatic fibrosis, imbalance in pro-fibrogenic and pro-fibrolytic factors leads to massive deposition of extracellular matrix. Activation of liver macrophages and stellate cells are two key events in liver fibrosis, both of which form a complex network of fibrotic balancers. In this paper, the function of fibrosis-related cytokines secreted by macrophages and their roles in the activation of stellate cells, macrophages with different phenotypes and different states of activation in hepatic fibrosis are reviewed in this paper. Regulating prevention and treatment of liver fibrosis provide a reference.
